Lear Barber is an amalgamation of three businesses, Lear of London (formerly the Lear School of Embalming), who have been providing embalming supplies including fluids, funeral equipment and urns for over 50 years, the mortuary supplies part of Cox Surgical who have been supplying hospitals since 1860 with a range of specialised mortuary equipment and Barber of Sheffield established in 1970, a business
which started out as a stainless steel engineering company but is
now a specialist supplier of hospital equipment.

We offer a range of products for the mortuary, funeral director and
embalmer from large capital equipment to day to day consumables.

Cold Chambers

Lear Barber offer a range of cold chambers from a simple1 body 1 tier multi body including compact chambers where space is at a premium. They are available as single door or multi door and refrigeration units can be top, side mounted or split system where the refigeration unit is fitted elsewhere.

Interior fittings include full rollers, stub rollers or rails. Racking can be adjustable heights and trays can be provided in varying widths either flat or curved and with wheels or sliding. Lear Barber can also offer a full service and repair facility.
